We always have a steering committee meeting at 9:00 on the first Wednesday of the month. Everyone is always welcome.

All the classes are on Wednesday nights. Teachers will share Zoom numbers by email, if they have them. Live classes will be at the AOH hall in Babylon (see 'directions' on our home page).
Unless otherwise noted, all classes will be from 8:00 to 9:00 on Wednesdays. Live classes are at 27 Locust Avenue in Babylon, NY (see our directions link).

BEGINNING LEVEL
Bunrang / Introductory beginners course: Múinteoir / Teacher: Peigí Fabian. This course focusses on the fundamentals of pronunciation and some other general introduction to the language. This semester we will combine it with the first level or Progress in Irish.
INTERMEDIATE LEVEL (chapters are approximate)
Progress in Irish 1-15 – Peigí Fabian (combined with intro class)
Progress in Irish 16-30 – Teacher: Séamas Ó Neachtain
Progress in Irish 31-45 – Teacher: Liam Ó hOdhráin
Progress in Irish 46-60 – Téacher: Séamus Ó Conghaile
Progress in Irish 61-72 – only on zoom (see Philo-Celtic classes)
There will also be Irish Language songs and easy stories at 7:00 with Donna Charielle and Peigí Fabian – some Irish needed, but all are welcome.
ADVANCED / Supplemental Intermediate:
Comhrá/ Conversation - Teacher: Lugh de Paor. 7:00 – 8:00. Chomhrá ginearálta mar spraoi is mar chleachtadh. In Irish with very little English.
Ardrang I - Teacher: Lugh de Paor. 8:00-9:00. For those who have finished Progress in Irish
Ardrang II - Léamh as An Gael / Reading the magazine An Gael - Teacher: Séamas Ó Neachtain. 9:00-10:00. Léamh agus plé bunaithe ar ábhar as an iris (www.angaelmagazine.com). In Irish with English when necessary.
